Today the sun is in perfect alignment with the equator of the Earth. It`s a day of equal light, day & night, where the feminine & masculine are in perfect balance. As above so below.
A day of new beginning, renewal, and recalibration.
We also have a new astrological year starting today. A new cycle is starting with the sign of Aires. The beginning of spring – the awakening of nature and the return of light.
This is a powerful day of the year to meditate, set intentions, ceremonies, and rituals to invite in balance and a fresh new start in our life.
Enjoy this meditation I have created for the celebration of balance and spring.
*Sit relaxed and comfortable with your spine straight.
*Tune into your Heart space in the middle of your chest and settle here for a few breaths.
*Make a connection between your Heart center and EarthStar which is approximately 40cm under your feed into the earth. Feel into this connection for a few breaths.
*Make a connection between your Heart center and the SoulStar which is approximately 40 cm above your crown into Heaven. Feel into this connection for a few breaths.
*Now, allow Divine Love to enter your body from your Crown like liquid silk pouring downwards to your Heart space and out into your Aura, making a loop back into the crown. Now run this energy loop for at least one minute to clear and restore your energy field.
*Likewise pull up Divine Love from Mother Earth from your roots into your body like liquid silk pouring upwards to your Heart space and out into your Aura making a loop down and back into your roots. Run this energy loop for at least one minute to clear and restore your energy field.
*Shift your awareness back into your heart and visualize a beautiful shining clear crystal. See it filling your whole body and energy field with crystalline divine energy. Restoring, renewing, and clearing away any old energy that no longer serves you. *If you like you can set an intention for the new.
*Return to your daily awake awareness.
