Bean spread

Ingrediens:

Big white beans (butter beans)
clove garlic
turmeric powder
Himalaya salt
dash of olive oil
fresh lemon juice
splash of water
fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro)

Combine all ingrediens in a food processor except the herbs.
Mix until a paste. Don`t mix to well, you want to keep some texture.
Add in the fresh herbs and puls a few times.
Adjust taste or texture by adding more salt, lemon, olive oil or water.

Enjoy on bread or crackers.
Perfect as an appetizer.
