Location: between the anus and genitals, or tail vertebra at the 3. Cross lumbar.

Properties: survival, matter, earth connection, mother power, strength, trust, physical needs, security, practicality and everyday realities (housing, job, finances, family).
Chakra out of balance: mental dullness, “emtiness”, lack of consentration, inability to silence, failure, hard to reach goals, difficult to live in the ordinary world.

Typical diseases in this area are menstrual problems, infertility, vaginal infection, abdominal pain, impotence, frigidity, ovarian cysts, tumors and cellular changes in the genitals, bladder and prostate problems, genital diseases, renal pelvis inflammation and pain in the lower back.

Solar plexus provides energy to the stomach, “the midriff area”, muscles, digestive system, gall bladder, kidneys, liver, pancreas, spleen, nervous system and the middle part of the spine.
The most common diseases in this area are stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal problems, superfluous kilograms around the waist, diabetes, inflammation and cancer of the pancreas, kidney problems, disorder of the adrenal gland, liver problems, gallstones, constipation, indigestion, anorexia, bulimia, nausea and diarrhea.
Location: between the navel and the lower part of the breastbone. It corresponds to the 7 chest vertebra.

Properties: personal power and self-determination, the self.
Chakra out of balance: selfishness and desire for power, need for control, little contact or acceptance of feelings, poor self esteem / self confidence and self-respect, nervous breakdown.

In “Earth Star” we are deep rooted and anchored to the earth. That's where mother earth (Gaia) nourishes our life force and energy.
“Earth Star” resonates to the pure human being, our inner program, crystallization of our inner self, tunes into goodness on the inside, the inner sense of our purpose.
Its energy helps us to accept past lives, karma patterns as well as our genetic inheritance from our parents.
